What we store
We store your email, workspace name, hashed password, wallet addresses you add, discovered token metadata, deposit rows derived from public chain events, and encrypted provider API keys. Session cookies keep you signed in.
How keys are used
Alchemy and Helius keys are used only to query those providers on your behalf. They are encrypted at rest, masked after save, and never shown to another customer. Changing the application secret after you save keys will prevent decryption until you paste the keys again.
Chain data
Deposits are public blockchain events. We store copies so your dashboard can rank and filter them. Deleting a wallet removes the related deposit rows for your workspace.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Hosting, database, and email infrastructure may process data as subprocessors to run the product. We do not mix one workspace’s wallets, rankings, or blacklists with another’s.
Access and deletion
You can edit workspace details and remove wallets in the app. For an export or full account deletion, email support@walletradar.tech. If you have any suggestion, you can mail us at the same address.
